Effective January 1, 2022, Best Doctors by Teladoc will be changing its name to Teladoc Health. The Best Doctors’ service will now be referred to Teladoc Medical Experts. While service names are changing, the commitment to high-quality, personalized service will remain the same.

As of January 1, plan members will experience their services through a refreshed website, which will include new service names and the Teladoc Medical Experts logo. They can continue to initiate a case using the same phone number 1-877-419-2378, or by using the new Teladoc.ca/medical-experts website.

Note the previous Best Doctors by Teledoc website will redirect to the new web experience at Teladoc.ca/medical-experts as of January 1, 2022, so even if a plan member does use the old URL, they will not experience any disruption to service.

There are also no changes to any of the services included in the Teladoc Medical Expert services being offered through GSC, and no impact to your current rate. However, there are some changes to the names of the services.

While GSC will not be issuing new booklets, the new name will be shown the next time your booklets are reprinted/reposted.

Your bills will display the Teladoc Health name starting in January.
