How to report a bike as broken?
After the trip, you can report the shortcoming in the app
You can also send us a message in the app or on Facebook. Let us know the name of the bike and what's wrong with it.
A bike will register itself as broken after it has been parked three times with short intervals. Then it will lock itself to the station.
