You may designate a personal caregiver to assist you with your medical use of marijuana. In addition, you may designate up to two personal caregivers whom another patient does not currently designate unless that personal caregiver is your immediate family member. First, you must log in to the patient portal https://mtc.massciportal.com/mmj-rmd/login, select "My Caregivers" in the top right corner, and follow the steps provided. You will need to generate a PIN, provide the PIN to your personal caregiver, and direct them to register with the Medical Use of Marijuana Program.
**Note: Massachusetts Medical Marijuana issued cards are the only Med Cards that will be accepted.
