If you've forgotten your password, you can reset your password by following these steps:
Click the "Forgot password" link (below the Login button).
Enter the email you use for your Bertie account.
Click "Reset password".
You will receive an email from Bertie with instructions on how to set a new password momentarily. Once reset, you can then log in to Bertie with your new password.
