Community Manager is a new Publication Admin role, designed exclusively for BrandVoice partners.

Community Managers are publication admins with limited user management permissions for their publication members, exclusively.

They can only access users from their publication's Members page, where they can
update publication roles, add or remove users, and access a user's profile page.

How to update a member's user profile

  1. Navigate to the Members tab

  2. Click on the desired Member's Name to go to their Profile Page

  3. On the User Profile Page, you can update a member's profile photo, name, division, short bio, about, and all their social media links.

  4. Save your changes

How to disable a member's profile

Disabling a user will prepend 'former' to their user label on Forbes.com. 'Former Council Member' will display.

  1. Go to the desired Publication

  2. Navigate to the Member's User Profile

  3. In the top right corner, click the (...)

  4. Select 'disable'
