De-activating a user
Click on the Nav
Go to Users
Search for the desired user
Click on the (...) menu and select disable
This will display 'former' on their articles and lock them out of Bertie.
De-activating a publication
Click on the nav
Go to Publications
Search for and select the desired publication
Switch the Active toggle to 'No'
This will stop anyone from publishing to this publication.
Stopping Users from publishing temporarily
Click on the nav
Go to Users
Search for and select the desired user
Click on Memberships
Click on the Publication or Column Details
Select Members
Change their Role to 'Contributor'
