To check if your data is up-to-date you can reference the Time Stamp in the Top Summary Section of your Stats pages - "Source: Google Analytics, As of ___".
If the time listed is over 2 hours ago, there is likely a delay from Google in delivering the files. If this is the case, please contact us via the help chat (icon pictured below) to further look into it.
