BeSeated allows you to set your refund policy to one of the following options:

👉🏻 Flexible: Allows members for a Full refund, one day prior to booking date.
👉🏻 Moderate: Allows members for a Full refund, three days prior to booking date.
👉🏻 Strict: Allows members for a 50% refund, up until one week prior to booking date.
👉🏻 No Refund: Members are not refunded.

When you are setting up your Company Profile on BeSeated Manager App, you can set your refund policy. 

To modify your refund policy, go on your Company Profile and Edit.
