It's annoying when the deposit does not appear on your BetFury account immediately, and we understand your frustration. Most of the time, you have nothing to worry about, however, there are a few possible reasons for your deposit not being credited. You can find the most common reasons for deposit delays in this article.
The minimum deposit amount is not covered
BetFury has a minimum deposit amount for every currency. Sending any amount below the minimum will result in funds not being credited to your account as we can't process deposits that are less than the minimum.
To avoid losses and for your deposit to be credited, it has to be one transaction over the minimum deposit amount including the network fee you used.
Please always double-check you cover the minimum deposit amount before confirming the transaction.
The deposit was sent to the wrong address
Another possible reason for missing deposits is that you may have accidentally deposited to the wrong deposit address. In this case, the funds, unfortunately, will not appear in your account since it was sent to the wrong address.
To avoid it, please always make sure you deposit to the correct deposit address that can be found in the "Deposit" pop-up for every currency and network.

Missing or wrong Destination tag (MEMO)
For currencies like XRP, XLM, TON, and NOT, you need to specify the destination tag (memo) for the deposit to be credited to your account. Unfortunately, if the memo used is not correct or was not specified at all, the deposit can't be credited to your account.
To avoid it, please always double-check you specified the correct memo before confirming the transaction. You can find the Destination tag (memo) for your account in the "Deposit" pop-up, right by the wallet address.

Network delays
Sometimes, you do everything correctly, but the deposit is still not processed right away. The reason for such delay may be the network itself. The blockchain network can sometimes experience technical issues that slow down transaction confirmations. Also, there might be an agglomeration of transactions to process, so it takes longer than usual. These delays are sorted out on the Network's side and can vary between a few minutes and several hours, depending on the network and cryptocurrency you are using. But such deposits will be processed eventually, so no worries.
Transaction fee
Another reason for a delay could be due to low transaction fees. Some cryptocurrencies that work under the "Proof of Work" consensus mechanism, require a fee to be paid for the transaction to be processed. For instance, BTC is one of such currencies. So, if the fee you've paid is too low, the transaction may take longer to confirm and be processed by the network as the miners process transactions with higher fees with higher priority.
Deposit missing due to non-supported smart contract or other reasons
In case you did everything correctly, but your deposit is still not credited, the issue may be caused by the smart contact the system was not able to process automatically. This is a rare case, but still possible, unfortunately. Please contact our Live Support and provide them with the following information so they can check your transaction in detail:
Transaction hash (Txid) - a long string of numbers and letters that identifies every transaction and is unique;
Cryptocurrency you sent;
The network you used.
If the Live Support agent confirms the deposit was made properly and still was not credited for some reason, they will pass it on to the team for manual crediting, which may take up to 24 hours. However, during the weekend, it might take up to 72 hours.
To avoid the delays caused by the smart contracts, please deposit from your internal and personal wallet and not from exchangers directly.
