Let's make our communication the most pleasant

In the Live Chat, users can ask any questions regarding the BetFury platform, share feedback, and generally search for help. To ensure the conversation is pleasant and productive, a small set of rules was established.

Please follow the chat etiquette, as users, who violate the provided rules below will be warned and might be blocked from contacting Live Support if the violations continue.

So, let's be polite and respectful toward each other 😊

❌ Do not insult, communicate offensively, or provoke an argument. We are here to help you, so share your feedback politely;

❌ Any form of begging is prohibited. This includes asking for money, bonuses, promo codes, etc. Live Support agents can't provide any of such things;

❌ Publication of illegal content is prohibited: obscene expressions, offensive remarks about the Live Support agents or the BetFury platform in general, explicit adult content, drugs, weapons, and violence. This also concerns obscene usernames;

❌ Do not SPAM. Sending lots of short messages will be considered spam. It will only slow down the process of solving your issue;

❌ Racism, religious hate, bullying, and harassment are forbidden;

❌ Do not post any advertising links or dangerous links;

❌ Live Chat is only available in 13 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Portugues (BR), Russian, Polish, Indonesian, Hindi, Chinese, Japanese. You can choose any of those languages before starting the conversation;

❌ Disputes and complaints regarding users' gaming activities, platform functionality mechanics, and others related to the platform and user interaction can be reviewed no later than 14 days after the issue occurred.
