It's always annoying when you can't access your account. We completely understand it 🙏

It may happen for various reasons: old cache, third-party software, bad Internet connection, IP-related issues, restricted country, blocked account, or other reasons.

If you can't log in, please try the provided suggestions as these are the most common solutions to the login issue:

Try clearing your cache and cookies

Cookies are files created by sites you visit. They make your online experience easier by saving browsing data. The cache remembers parts of pages, like images, to help them open faster during your next visit. But sometimes, it may cause issues on BetFury. To avoid it, please keep your BetFury cache and cookies cleared.

After you clear cache and cookies:

  • Some settings on sites get deleted. For example, if you were signed in, you’ll need to sign in again;

  • If you turn sync on in Chrome, you’ll stay signed into the Google Account you’re syncing to to delete your data across all your devices;

  • Some sites can seem slower because content, like images, needs to load again

Here you can find detailed instructions on how to clear cache and cookies on popular browsers:

Try to log in via the Incognito (private/anonymous) mode

In Incognito, none of your browsing history, cookies and site data, or information entered in forms are saved on your device. This means your activity doesn’t show up in your Chrome browser history, websites see you as a new user and won’t know who you are, as long as you don’t sign in. If you’re browsing in Incognito mode, you are, by default, not signed into any accounts or sites.

The reason why incognito is best to use on BetFury is that none of the browsing history, cookies, and site data is used. Therefore, browsing and playing anonymously will always perform to the highest standards for the platform.

Here you can find detailed instructions on how to enable Incognito mode on popular browsers:

Use a different browser

You may try to use a different browser from what you're currently using now. Sometimes certain browser settings may not allow BetFury to function properly, so changing a browser might help in such a case.

Use a different device

Sometimes, the issue might be caused by the device itself, so to exclude this option, you should check if the issue persists on another device. For instance, if you face an issue on your mobile, you may try it on your laptop or vice versa.

Change the IP address you are using

Some issues may be IP-related. So, changing it might help in some cases. Due to legal reasons, we can't provide exact steps on how to change your IP, but this article should be helpful.

You can change your password for BetFury using the "Forgot your password" option

Try another login method

BetFury provides various ways to log in and if you face issues with one of them, you may try another one to access your account:

  • With your personal wallet (when you created your account with it);

  • Email and password;

  • Gmail account;

  • Telegram (when you created your account with it, or when you have the BetFury bot connected).

Frozen account

The accounts may be frozen if not used for a long time according to BetFury T&C:

6.14. An account that is not used by the user for 12 (twelve) calendar months may be frozen by BeFury's decision. If the user wants to unfreeze such an account, he must pass the verification and confirm that the frozen account belongs to him.

If you face your account being frozen, contact Live Support to receive further instructions and restore access to your account.

Blocked account

If users violate the Terms & Conditions, their accounts will be blocked. It means that those accounts would be impossible to access. To avoid it, please do not violate any rules mentioned in the T&C.

In case your account got blocked and you're sure you did not violate the rules, contact our Live Support for more information and possible solutions.
