The wagering requirement is how many times the bonus must be turned over before the winnings can be withdrawn.
When you deposit with a bonus, the bonus needs to be wagered 30 (40) times before a withdrawal can be made. Contribution towards the wagering requirement starts on the first spin after receiving the bonus. Real funds tied to the bonus will be used first with no wagering, and bonus funds - second.
If you navigate to the Cashier - Total Balance (information)- Bonus Turnover) you will find a percentage displayed showing the progress of the ongoing wagering.
When the wagering has been completed, and you have reached 100% - all your winnings from the bonus play will become withdrawable.
Canceling a Bonus and Withdrawing Deposited Funds
If you wish to withdraw your deposited money without using the bonus, you can cancel the bonus and complete a 1x wagering requirement on your deposit. To cancel a bonus:
Log in to your account.
Navigate to Profile > Bonuses.
Select the bonus you want to cancel and click Cancel. Note: Canceling a bonus will remove all bonus funds linked to it from your account.
However, if you started to play with bonus all of your funds will be removed from the account and we are not able to recredit them.
