We’re excited to have you as part of the Better Giving Referral Program—and to keep things fair and transparent, we have a few ground rules to make sure everyone plays by the book.
Before sharing your referral link, please take a moment to review our [Referral Program Terms & Conditions]. These guidelines ensure a positive and ethical experience for everyone involved.
Here’s what you need to know:
No Impersonation or Misleading Claims
We love your enthusiasm, but please don’t pretend to be a Better Giving employee or representative. Be honest and transparent when you promote the platform, stick to the facts and avoid making any guarantees or exaggerated claims about donations or nonprofit outcomes.
No Spamming
Mass unsolicited messages via email, social media, or other channels are strictly prohibited. Share your link genuinely and responsibly, preferably with those who you believe would truly benefit from Better Giving. Respect people’s inboxes and their consent.
Fair Use Policy
Better Giving reserves the right to withhold or revoke referral commissions in cases of suspected abuse or violation of our terms. This includes (but isn’t limited to) fake accounts, fraudulent activity, spam tactics, or misleading promotions.
We trust our community to spread the word with integrity, and in return, we’ll make sure your efforts are rewarded fairly and transparently.
If you’re ever unsure whether something is allowed, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re happy to help clarify!
