The most common reason for a page not appearing on the marketplace, is that the page has not been published.

When a new page has been created, you may wish to edit your page to get it looking and reading as you want before publishing it.

So by default, every new page is unpublished.

Once you are happy with your page, click the 'publish' button and then submit the change. Don't forget both parts of that process. Publish, then submit.
