It does sometimes take a couple of days for 'cash' donations to be cleared by banks. The donation is shown as 'pending' until the banks have all cleared the donation.

For crypto donations, we wait until at least $50 is to be transferred to reduce gas/transaction fees. If your donation is less than $50 in value, then it will be pending until others have enabled the total to cross $50 threshold.
