It is good practice to have more than one person accessing the account for administration.
To add a new user, it is very simple:
1) go to 'members' in the dashboard
2) invite someone using their email address and name,
3) they get an email link to enable them to create a new better Giving Personal account or just link their existing account, and once they have done that, they are linked and will see your nonprofit listed as the 'organization' when they sign in.
