Yes, it is definitely possible to use Better Planner on a mobile device. Especially daily topics such as the Prediction or the Load Balancing can be done from a tablet or smartphone. Even the Area Creation through the map is possible, how ever we recommend to create the initial setup on a desktop pc or at least a tablet as it will be more precise.
