BetterTracker Company Dashboard | Overview & Navigation Guide

Learn how to navigate your BetterTracker Dashboard products, contracts, expenses, upcoming renewals, and insights all in one place.

Overview

When you first log in, you’ll see three main cards:

  • Expenses Card – Sync bank accounts or credit cards to track stack expenses.

  • Contracts Card – View active contracts, renewal dates, and expected costs.

  • Products Card – Manage products or services and organize them by category.

Click any card to navigate directly to its feature.


Additional Dashboard Sections

  • Quick Overview Boxes – Show current month contract values, expense differences from the previous month, and total spend.

  • Upcoming Renewal Notices – Displays the number of contracts renewing soon.

  • Alerts and Insights – Highlights upcoming renewals, expenses, and other important alerts (click to view details).

  • Quick Actions – Add products, users, contracts, or financial accounts instantly.

  • Stack Breakdown – View costs by category for the past 12 months, last month, or custom dates. You can export this data for different time ranges.

  • Important Dates Calendar – Color-coded:

    • Blue – Payment Dates

    • Orange – Notice Periods

    • Red – Expiration Dates

    • Neon Green – Today’s Date
      Below the calendar is a row view with details for upcoming events.
