File upload for item images:
Improved upload and automatic optimisation of image size ratios for the online shop
New: Simplified setting to adjust the order in which the images are displayed in the shop
Automatic naming of sub-articles with article name + number
To make it easier to create a large number of items and avoid naming/renaming errors, the item name is now automatically transferred to the name of the individual items grouped under it when an item is created or changed and incremented with a sequential number.
However, if the name of a sub-article differs from the name of the parent element, the name of the child element is retained.
Spin animation on the time picker
In the online shop widgets, a spinner animation now makes it clearer when the time is to be selected.
If the next selectable end date for multi-day rentals is not in the current month, the website visitor is made aware of this when booking and can jump to the next end date without having to scroll through the months.
Partially booked days are now marked with a semicircle in a secondary colour. Like 16 October in this screenshot:
Limit simultaneous pick-ups and drop-offs.
You can now set the maximum number of bookings that can start and/or end at the same time at a specific time.
This serves to prevent more items having to be handed over to customers at the same time than the staff on site can handle if there are many items available.
This setting depends on the respective location. You can find it here:
When you edit a location you will this below the opening hours:
It can be set differently for pick-up and return, as handing out is usually more time-consuming than taking back.
Caution! If you set the number low, you will have less stress but possibly also less turnover if the customers are not very flexible in terms of time.
