Rentware uses what we call widgets to show availabilites and make your items bookable on your website and allow the customer to interact with the order.
Our widgets work on all websites, which allow you to run your own JavaScript (which is the case for almost all website builders) and on WIX via a special plugin.
You can customise the styling up to a certain point. You have the option to change colours and certain behaviours, but the layout and general functionality is fixed.
To learn how the implementation into your website works, please refer to this article:
Widget types:
Article booking widget
The article booking widget shows the availability of a specific item and allows the customer to book it.
It is great for item specific subpages and comes in many variants for different use cases.

Search Widget
The search widget all your items from the first step at once.
It allows the customer to select a location and a timeframe. It then checks the availability of each item and allows the customer to book those available.
It is generally recommended to put a search widget on either a home page, or location / category specific pages.
You could for example display a search widget, which only displays items of the category "Porsche" on a subpage like
yourwebsite.com/porsche

Gift Card
You can offer gift cards to your customers with a pre-defined value.
The customer would then be able to redeem such a gift card in your rental shop.
Those gift cards retain their value (if not used up entirely) and can therefore be used multiple times, as long as there is an amount remaining.
You can find those in the
Order Widget
The order widget always shows an up to date state of the booking.
Your customers can access it via a link they find in (for example) their booking confirmation mail.
Here they find a summary of their booking can pay any outstanding amounts via the same online payment methods as during their initial booking.
