Custom labels for orders

Attach custom labels to orders, to quickly get an overview of what the booking entails.

We have added the option to create custom labels to be assigned to bookings in the disposition view.

You can use these to display additional information or statuses for a booking. For example, you could mark a booking as "regular customer", "individual delivery", "prepared for delivery", "to be cleaned", or similar things.

Those labels then appear in the disposition view.

This way you can get a quick overview of relevant information without having to go into the booking itself.

To use those labels simply go to the disposition view, click on an order and click on the plus sign in the tags section.

You can then either attach/detach an existing tag, or create a new one:

Right now those tags only exist in the disposition view, but will later also be added to the order list.

You will soon also be able to have those tags be automatically attached to an order based on data-forms (both data-forms on customer level and on order level).

So in future if a customer who already exists in your Rentware account and has a data-form attached that marks him as a "VIP customer" you can have a tag "VIP customer" be automatically attached to an order.

Or if (like in the initial example) a customer selects the option "extra driver" in his booking flow, the corresponding tag will be automatically attached.

It would also be possible to make a selected delivery option visible by attaching the corresponding tag.
