Your product offering is the heart of your business, so make sure you describe it as well as you can to convince your audience.
Essential
Starting with the name [1], which should be brief but still unique in your inventory, and a title [2] that describes your product more in many parts of the booking process.
After these two mandatory descriptions the next important part is to add 3-5 images [3] of your product. They will have a big impact on the decision making of your customers, so invest a good amount of time into the quality and composition.
Furthermore you can add a detailed description [4] in form of text to highlight certain features or unique selling points that differ from other products or competitors.
Optional
On top of the essential descriptions you can add more details, such as the maximum amount of people/passengers or the product dimensions. Currently in development are detailed descriptions of features and amenities with a new interface, we will introduce in the second half of 2024.
Damage diagrams
By opening the specs and setup tab you get access to the damage diagrams for each of your articles. Browse our in-depth description of damage logging in the order handling section.
Protocol configuration
In case you have a detailed check-in/pick-up process, you can add protocol steps for the handling agent to go through for each product of the order. They can be freely created based on your workflow and consist of five types of checklists and a documentation option to upload images.
