Basic steps to set a goal in the app:
1. Tap on GOALS at bottom of screen, Click the + (bottom right corner)
2. Tap on “Add Goal”
3. Select the goal you want to setup from the menu.
(This example is Fitness but the setup process is the same for all goals except Sleep and Steps)
4. Follow prompts to set parameters.
For Meditation, Spirituality, Learning, Reading, Socialize and Fitness goals you can select a location-based goal as well as an app based goal.
Selecting "Both!" OR "At home with fitness apps" will also unlock logging manually.
5. Tap GOALS tab to see your newly set goal added to your dashboard!
6. Pull down on the screen to refresh/update as needed
7. Check back in on your newly set goals in a couple of days to see your progress!
8. For Goals related to Fitness, Learning, Mindfulness (Meditation), Reading, Socialize, and Spirit you have the option to Manually Log your progress. This is also a good option if you don't want a lot of permissions turned on.
