Please ensure that your app version is v5.0 or higher to delete your BetterYou account directly from the app.
To delete your account through the app, follow these steps listed below:
Locate the navigation bar and tap on Account.
Within the Account tab, you will see an Account section.
Select Account, located at the very bottom of this screen you will see the option to Delete Account.
Select Delete Account and follow the prompts to complete deleting your BetterYou account.
Once you've fully completed the steps in-app you can fully uninstall the app.
Canceling/deleting your account will permanently delete your data after 48 hours
If you change your mind during that time and re-sign into your account your data will still be available.
