Congratulations on taking charge of your health and wellness journey! We understand that not all progress can be easily tracked through integrations and monitoring systems. That's why we've introduced the Progress Logging feature, allowing you to log your progress towards your goals effortlessly. Whether it's a workout, meditation session, or any other activity contributing to your well-being, you can now manually add the time spent on these activities.

How to Use Manual Entry:

1. Accessing Manual Entry:

You can initiate Manual Entry in two ways:

  • From the Main Dashboard:

    • Click on the "+" button in the bottom right corner.

  • Within a Specific Goal:

    • Navigate to the goal you want to add time for.

    • Press the "+" button to start adding time.

2. Logging Time:

  1. Select Your Goal:

    • Choose the goal for which you want to log time.

  2. Choose the Date:

    • Ensure the correct day is selected. The default is today, but you can log time for any previous day in the current calendar week.

    • If needed, click the drop-down and use the picker wheel to select the correct day.

  3. Add Time:

    • Log time in increments of 5 minutes.

  4. Finish Logging:

    • Hit the "Finish" button when you're done.

3. Viewing Your Progress:

  • Your manually entered time will be displayed in the Recent Activity section.

Editing or Deleting Manual Entries:

  1. Click into the Recent Activity section.

  2. Edit or Delete:

    • Locate the entry you want to adjust.

    • Click the Pencil icon to edit or the Trash icon to delete.

  3. Make Adjustments:

    • Edit the time or delete the logged activity as needed.

  4. Changes Reflect in Recent Activity:

    • Your Recent Activity section will instantly reflect any edits or deletions.

Important Notes:

Members cannot edit or delete time tracked through automated methods.

Supported Goals:

  • Manual entry is currently available for the following goals: Fitness, Meditation, Talk Time, Reading, Learning. It is not available for adding visits to a place, only for time-based goals.
