Reset Password Process

If you have forgotten your password for the BetterYou App, don't worry! We have a simple process in place to help you reset it and get back to using our app.

The first step in resetting your password is to access the "Forgot Password?" option on the login screen. This can be found by tapping on the link below the login fields.

Once you have accessed the "Forgot Password?" option, you will be prompted to enter the email associated with your BetterYou account. Make sure to enter the correct email to ensure you receive the password reset instructions.

After entering your email, check your inbox for an email from BetterYou with the subject line "Reset your password for BetterYou". This email will contain a link to reset your password. The email comes from help@betteryou.ai.

Once you have received the email, click on the link that says "Click here to reset your password". This will take you to a page where you can enter your new password.

On the password reset page, enter your desired password in the designated field. Make sure to choose a strong and secure password to protect your account.

Congratulations, you have successfully reset your password! You can now go back to the BetterYou App and login with your new password to access all of our features and services.
