Adding properties to a model
Once you have created a model, you can add additional details. The following provides an example based on a model called Task.
You can enter properties from the model interface using either:

Using Quick add properties
Using the Quick add properties button, a pop-up window is displayed as shown in the example below. Only the name of the property is required. Additional details can be provided at a later stage. To specify more properties:
1. Select the Type classification you want to apply to the property. |
2 Specify the Name for the property. The name must be unique and specified with an initial capital. |
3. Press the Enter key. The property is now displayed. Repeat steps 1 and 2 to create additional properties that you want to define. The Quick add properties list expands as you create additional models. |
4. Select the Add property button or press Ctrl+Enter when complete. The properties are now added to the model. You can customize the settings for each property. To display the details for a property, click on the property name in the model list overview. The Property pane is displayed as shown below.

Adding the initial details for a property
When you click on the New property button, the new property screen is displayed next to the model. The example below zooms in on the New property pane. In this section, how you add property information to a model is described in terms of how you navigate though creating a model. |
1. When you click on the New property button, the New property pane is opened next to the model view. The default Options tab is displayed as shown the example below. |
2. Specify what the Type is of the property being created. Click on the (up/down icon) to display a complete list of types that can be applied to a property.

3. Specify the property name you want to apply. For example, in this case, a property related to tasks such as priority. |
4. Different options are available based on the property type selected. Note: The options shown are specific to the Date time Type. |
5. You can also apply advanced rules for the property that are connected to the Type assigned. |
