1. Access Event Collection Mode

  • Log in to your Beventi Seller Dashboard.

  • Navigate to the Event Fulfillment section.

  • Select the event you are managing orders for.

  • Click on "Event Collection Mode" to begin.

2. View Your Orders

  • The system will display a list of Packed Orders that are ready for collection.

  • Orders are sorted by order date and can be filtered for better organization.

  • Use the Search Bar to find specific orders by customer name or order number.

3. Process Customer Order Collection

  • Scan the customer’s QR code using your device camera to retrieve their order.

  • If the customer does not have a QR code, manually search for the order.

  • Verify the order details and confirm the correct items are being handed over.
