How Packing Mode Works

Packing Mode allows vendors to systematically organize and track their orders before an event. With real-time progress tracking and a structured workflow, vendors can efficiently mark orders as packed, ensuring all pre-orders are ready for collection.

Step-by-Step Guide to Packing Orders

1. Access Packing Mode

  • Log in to your Beventi Seller Dashboard.

  • View your Event Order Form

  • Navigate to the Event Fulfillment section.

  • Click on "Pack your preoders" to begin.

2. View Your Orders

  • The system will display a list of Pending Orders that need to be packed.

  • Orders are sorted by order date and can be filtered for better organization.

  • Use the Search Bar to find specific orders by customer name or order number.

3. Start Packing Orders

  • Click on an order to view the details.

  • Gather the items listed for that order.

  • Verify the order contents against the order details to ensure accuracy.

  • Once all items are accounted for, click "Mark as Packed".

4. Track Packing Progress

  • A progress indicator at the top of the page shows the percentage of orders packed.

  • Color-coded status labels help distinguish between Pending, Packed, and Collected orders.

  • The Order Count Display provides an exact number of packed orders.
