How to Scan QR Codes as a Seller
1. Use Your Device’s Camera or the Beventi Scan Function
Sellers can scan QR codes using either:
The built-in Scan Function within the Beventi Seller Dashboard (recommended for faster processing).
Their mobile or tablet camera app.
2. Access the Scan Function
Log in to your Beventi Seller Dashboard on your mobile device or tablet.
Navigate to the Event Fulfillment section.
Click on "Scan QR Code" to open the scanner.
Grant Camera Permissions – If prompted by your browser, allow camera access to enable scanning.
3. Scan the Customer’s QR Code
The QR code can be scanned from:
A printed receipt.
A digital order confirmation displayed on the customer’s mobile device.
The system will instantly retrieve the order details.
4. Process the Order
Verify the order details and ensure all items are accounted for.
Click "Mark as Collected" to complete the pickup process.
If there are any issues (e.g., missing items), make necessary adjustments before finalizing.
5. Continuous Scanning for Efficiency
The Beventi Scan Function remains active after each scan, allowing sellers to scan multiple orders without needing to restart the process.
