Creating Author and Vendor Tiers

Author tiers allow you to organize your event and charge authors different amounts for different tier levels. For example, you may have different table sizes, placements, or amenities available to different tiers.

To create author tiers, follow these steps (Note: the process is the same for Vendors, just under the “Tables: Vendors” tab):

  1. Go to your event, and click on “Tables: Authors” and navigate to “Author Tiers”

  2. Click “Create Author Tier”

  3. Enter a title for the tier (ex: Basic or Deluxe)

  4. Choose if you will restrict the quantity of this timer available and enter the amount available.

  5. Enter the price for this tier and select if you will allow deposits or require full payment up front. If you don’t want to charge, or want to handle payment outside of Beventi, you can set the price to zero.

  6. Enter information like tier features and description.

  7. Hit “Save”

Now, repeat the process to create other tiers or vendor tiers.

After your tiers are set up, it’s time to invite authors and vendors!
