In the Events or Event Order Forms tab, click the button to create an order form
Begin typing under “Search for a Signing Event” and select “Create Event”
Fill out your event info (title, dates, website, Facebook group etc.)*
Upload your event banner
Add a location if the event is in person or toggle the slider if the event is virtual
Select if you want your event to be public or private. Private events will not be publicly listed for readers to search for and find
Click “Create Event & Continue”**
Add any instructions for readers, a form close date, set the default currency, and choose whether you will allow readers to pay in installments
Click “Create & Continue”
Select the products you would like to include in the order form. If the event is virtual you will also need to set up shipping
Adjust the Settings tab to your preferences
Click “Preview” if you would like to view how the order form will appear and, when you’re ready, click “Publish” to make the order form live
*For virtual events, be sure to include the link where attendees can join the video - such as a Zoom link, Facebook group, etc.
**Once you have clicked “Create Event & Continue” the event has been created in Beventi. If you don’t finish your order form at that point and set it up later, make sure to search for and select the event you have already created to avoid creating duplicate events.
