What is the Assistant Role?

Assistant members can manage almost everything in your account.

They can:

  • View and manage orders

  • Process order fulfillment

  • Add, edit, and remove products

  • Manage shipping settings

  • View analytics and sales reports

  • Handle customer inquiries

  • Manage coupons and discounts

They cannot:

  • See financial totals

  • Change your password

  • Change your email

  • Modify payment/payout settings

  • Invite/remove other team members

Assistants can run your account, but you retain control over sensitive security and ownership settings.
