Inviting buyers and managing access requests
Use the access settings when a wholesale listing should be limited to selected bookstores.
You can both invite a buyer when you want to proactively grant access to an approved bookstore, as well as review and approve access requests when a bookstore has asked for access to an invite-only listing.
Invite a buyer
Open your wholesale listing.
Go to "Invites & Access Requests."
Choose "Invite Buyer."
Search for the approved wholesale buyer.
Send the invitation.
Reviewing access requests
For each request, you can:
Approve access.
Deny access.
Add an optional response message.
Approved requests will grant access according to your listing's status and settings.
FAQ
Does bookstore approval bypass invite-only access?
No. Invite-only listings can still require seller approval.
Can I deny a request with a message?
Yes. Add a response message when processing the request.
