How to change my password?

1. Log into you Bexpress Pro account. Click on [ Settings ] then [ Authentications ]

2. Click on [ Login Password ]

Enter your current and new password. Then click [ OK ].

NOTE: Your password must contain 8-16 characters, numbers and symbols.


How to reset/recover my password?

1. For mobile app users, click [ Recover Password]

2. Enter you email and we will send you instructions to reset/recover your password.


How long does it take to verify my account?

Bexpress Pro account verification process may take up to 24 hours.

  • If you have any concerns or you haven't been verified for more than 24 hours, you can contact us at support@bexpress.ph


How to change my Phone Number?

1. Log into your Bexpress Pro account. Then click on [ Settings ]

Click the arrow at the right side of your email.

2. Here you will see your Account Information. Then click on [ Change ] beside your phone number.

A "Notification" will flash on the screen. Click [ OK ]

3. Choose your [ Country/Area ] by clicking the drop-down arrow. Then enter your new phone number. Click [ Done ]

4. Click on [ Send ]. We will send a verification code to your Phone. Enter the code before five (5) minutes. Then click on [ Confirm ]


How to add Authentications when logging in?

1. Log into your Bexpress Pro account. Click on [ Settings ] and then [ Authentications ]

Here you can turn on a Fingerprint Scan, add Security Password and request for a Google OTP.


How to Disable an Account?

1. For mobile app users, go to [ Settings ] then click the arrow next to your email address.

  • Read the reminders carefully before proceeding then click [ Leave Account ]
