In the sidebar you organize all your conversations: with folders, pinned chats and practical features like share, clone and export.
Creating and managing folders
Folders help you keep track, even with many conversations:
Create a new folder: click the folder icon below New Chat in the sidebar
Move chats: drag and drop chats into the folder you want
Pinning important chats
Hover over a chat in the sidebar
Click the three dots
Select Pin
Tip: Pinned chats and chats in folders are not archived automatically. Your important conversations always stay available.
Sharing chats with your team
Click the three dots next to the chat and select Share
Share the link with team members from your workspace
Important: The shared chat is accessible only to members of your workspace. If you want to share a chat with Beyond the Loop, select the "visible to Beyond the Loop" field in the share dialog before you copy the link.

Rename: give chats meaningful names
Clone: create a copy to continue working from an existing conversation
Archive: tidy up your active list without deleting chats
Exporting chats
You can export any chat at any time:
PDF: for documentation or for sharing outside Beyond Chat
JSON: for further processing or backups
TXT: for maximum compatibility with other applications
