Everyone forgets their PIN from time to time. We've made it easy to reset when you do. Just follow the steps below.
From the login page, click on the ‘Forgot PIN’ button.
Enter your phone number that you registered with Beyonic and click ‘Next’.
You will receive a 6 digit code, sent via SMS, to your number. Enter the code on the verification page.
Answer the security questions that you set, then click ‘Next’ to choose your new PIN.
Set a new PIN and click the ' Finish' button.
