I have a bike holiday, and I have my luggage with me. How can I do?

You can take your luggage with you ( one luggage per person) as it's included in the price of the holiday you paid.

If you have more than one luggage, you can pay for the extra luggage transfer service by contacting us.

I left my luggage to the guy of the Shuttle service, but is has been stolen or damage. Who pay for it?

Included in the price of your bike trip, there is the insurance policy.

I have a small bag, can I take it with me?

Yes, you can take it with you on your back or in case it is quite small ( 6L) you can also store it in the handlebar bag of the bike.

What do I have to bring with me during the Bike Holiday?

Comfortable and layered, depending on the season

Comfortable shoes for pedaling, not with smooth soles
