Which are the documents needed for rental/ tour/ bike holiday?
Before to start the activity, check in at our staff with your documents. We ask for:
Identity card
Driver's license
Passport
All documents MUST HAVE to be VALID (not expired).
I forgot my document, can i proceed with the activity I booked?
Unfortunately without a document we can't rent the bike. Even if you have a tour or an bike Holiday we can't let you leave without a valid document for safety reasons.
In this case NO REFUND is issued.
I didn't realize that my document is expired. Can I still take part to the activity?
We're sorry, but without a valid document you can't partecipate to any activity of ours.
