Anyway, it is quite always included:
Accomodation in the choosen facility
Electric bike tours of the choosen itinerary
Dedicated local guide for all the trip long
E-bike equipped with helmet, chain and lights for the night
Medical and baggage insurance
Sometimes it is also included:
Food and wine tastings
Dinners or lunches
Museum or other tickets entrance
Luggage transfer
Shuttle on tow
Train tickets

Drinks and snacks
City tax (to pay at the arrival)
Arrival journey to the meeting point, and return home journey
Extra nights
Different accommodation from the one mentioned in what is included (Single rooms or extra beds have extra costs)
Anything not specified in "what's included?"
