We understand that plans change and we are here to help.

Here's how you are eligible for refund:

  • You must cancel at least 24 hours before the initial boarding time.

  • Ticket are non-refundable once scanned.

  • If the ticket has been scanned and you decided not to board, please provide documentation of non-boarding approved by one of our manager.
