Collections are a single place you can assemble images and video from different weddings on BigDayMade. Use them to showcase specific elements of your work, your favorite images, or other people's work from the site that you love. All vendors & venues have a "Collections" section on their business profile. Creating a Collection helps you fill this space with relevant, engaging content!
Create your first Collection
Find your first image - Start by finding the first image you want to include in your Collection. Hover over the image and click on the "+" symbol. Name your Collection and hit 'save'!
Grow your Collection - Add additional images to your Collection by simply clicking the "+" button and then choosing to add the image to the Collection you just created (images and video can be added to multiple Collections!) We find the best Collections have at least 15 images.
Add collaborators - Collections are better with friends. Simply go to Account > Collections and add a collaborator, who will be able to add/remove images.
Tips on creating ColleSctions
More content = better engagement - The most compelling Collections have dozens, even hundreds, of images. Find a theme and add enough images and video to keep things interesting.
Keep the title descriptive - Your Collections appear on your profile page as well as throughout the site. Using a descriptive title: "Great SF Venues with Golden Gate Bridge Views" or "Summer Floral Centerpieces" means your Collection will show up for relevant searches and help your audience know what to expect.
Share! - You can share your Collections easily from our Social Sharing section on the site. This is a great way to create fun content for social media that pulls from multiple weddings.
