The bikes of our service must be shared by different users during the day.
So, it is possible to use the service as many times as you like during the day; the only request is to return the bike to a station within 2 hours from the beginning of each trip.
In addition to the subscription cost, which is a fixed fee, there are tariffs of use based on the type of bicycle you use and the time of use for each trip:
On the other hand, the penalties are the same independently from the used bike and they are applied as follows :
Trip exceeding the 2 hours > one penalty. After 3 penalties the bikeMi profile and subscription are blocked;
Trip exceeding 24 hours > subscription is stopped immediatly, the bikeMi profile is suspended and a fine of 150 € is charged.
The purpose of these rules is to ensure the proper sharing of the bikes.
