BikeMi bikes should always be returned to a station.
For short breaks, however, you can use the lock that comes with all our bikes.
First, make sure the bike has a key under the basket: if the key is missing, the bike cannot be tied.
In the basket you will find the black cable, to be used to secure the bike to a rail or other fixed support
close the plug in the hole under the basket and remove and keep the key
Please note: In case of short break, the usage time does not stop. The bicycle must never be locked to itself, to a bikeMi station, or left with the key inserted in the lock.
Warning: The user remains responsible for the bicycle until it is returned to one of the bikeMi stations.
