The annual subscription renews automatically.
In order for the subscription to not be renewed, these are the simple steps to follow:
Access your bikeMi profile through the app or website;
the subscription's validity and the renewal date will be visible in the upper yellow box;
choose the option 'Cancel automatic renewal'; 👇
a pop up message will appear for confirming;
select 'YES'; 👇
The subscription will be valid till the expiration's date and it will not be renewed again.
If you change your mind, you can access again your profile and re-activate the renewal within the expiration date by selecting 'Renew automatically'; in such case, remember to confirm your choice with 'YES' 👇
Important: any eventual penalty accrued by a customer is not related to the present subscription, but it is related to the customer profile. For this reason, eventual penalties are not deleted automatically after a subscription's renewal.
