Before starting a trip or when you are close to the return station, we recommend you to check from the map the docks' availability of the desired station or, alternatively, of the other stations in the area (see image below 👇). In so doing, you will know where to go and where to make the correct return.

Please consider that the updating of the docks' availability is constantly changing at peak times. So, the situation can be different when you first see the map and you arrive on site.

In case of a full station, it is often enough to wait shortly and a slot will become free as a result of the bike's pick-up by another bikeMi user.

Otherwise, you will have to move to a station with free docks.

If there is only one available dock in the station and it is not working (red light), you will need to move to another station too.

Important: if you find a full station, it is not allowed to tie or retain the bike; indeed, it is always necessary to return it correctly into a dock.
