Where do I find it? Open the chat from app or website, select 'Ask a question' and choose one of the available options
How do I use it? The following is an example of reporting for problem on return π
1. Open the chat, select 'Send us a message' and choose 'I have a problem using the bike/returning the bike π'
2. Select 'Bike return'
3. Be sure to follow the suggested steps and, if the problem persists, select 'No, I need help β'
4. Enter the type of bike returned (traditional or electric), the bike number, the number of the station where the bike was returned, and the number of the dock; select the black arrow to confirm the information.
5. Add a description of the problem, confirming the information entered: bike number, return station, dock number, date and time of failure to hang up the bike.
6. The virtual assistant will confirm that the report has been taken on board by the relevant team.
Important: please complete all the required information to allow for verification. Without all the required information, the conversation will close automatically and will not be processed. π
