How to get help, support, or find information with the virtual assistant / custom bot

The virtual assistant is your first resource when it comes to quickly solving a problem or finding information 🤖🙏

Where do I find it? Open the chat from app or website, select 'Ask a question' and choose one of the available options

How do I use it? The following is an example of reporting for problem on return 👇

  • 1. Open the chat, select 'Send us a message' and choose 'I have a problem using the bike/returning the bike 🆘'

  • 2. Select 'Bike return'

  • 3. Be sure to follow the suggested steps and, if the problem persists, select 'No, I need help ❌'

  • 4. Enter the type of bike returned (traditional or electric), the bike number, the number of the station where the bike was returned, and the number of the dock; select the black arrow to confirm the information.

  • 5. Add a description of the problem, confirming the information entered: bike number, return station, dock number, date and time of failure to hang up the bike.

  • 6. The virtual assistant will confirm that the report has been taken on board by the relevant team.

Important: please complete all the required information to allow for verification. Without all the required information, the conversation will close automatically and will not be processed. 👇
