How to receive support or find information using the virtual assistant / custom bot

The virtual assistant is your first point of reference when you need to solve a problem in a few steps or find information πŸ™πŸ€–

Where do I find it? Open the chat from app or website, select 'Send us a message' and choose one of the available options πŸ‘€

How do I use it? The following is an example of a bike's return problem πŸ‘‡

  • 1. Open the chat, select 'Send us a message' and choose 'I have a problem using the bike/returning the bike πŸ†˜'

  • 2. Select 'Bike return'

  • 3. Be sure to follow and verify the suggested steps; if necessary, select 'No, I need help ❌'

  • 4. Report the type of bike that has been returned and the number of the station where you returned the bike; select the arrow on the right to confirm the information

  • 5. Add a description of the problem, possibly specifying the dock number, the bike number, date and time of the missing bike's return

  • 6. Your request will be automatically assigned to the right team for verifying the situation

Important: complete all the requested fields. Without completing all the requested fields, the conversation will close automatically and it will not be solved πŸ‘‡
