In order to use the bikemi subscription, you must associate a valid credit card (or prepaid card) to your profile.

The payment method entered is a guarantee for both the initial purchase of the subscription and for any eventual tariffs of use related to the service.

The payment card can be deleted (see second image below) only if you have no pending costs.

If the payment card is no longer valid, it is necessary to update it.

Update of the payment method

In order to update the payment method, access your profile from the app or website.

Here you will find a section called 'Payment card' 👇

Select 'CHANGE CARD' and complete the update 👇

To do this, fill in the fields that will be displayed and confirm the operation with the 3dsecure code (verification SMS) or other authentication method required by the bank 👇

Finally, select 'Save card' and confirm the update ✔👍
