Requesting a password reset email:
From the BILD Cloud login page, click on the "Don't know your password?" link.
Enter your email address and click on "Request Password."
From your email inbox, open the email and follow the prompts to create a new password.
Trouble receiving your password reset email?
There may be a few reasons why a password reset email is not getting through to you:
Check your spam folder. It's possible the password reset email ended up in your spam folder.
Email change. If you have or had multiple email addresses, your BILD Cloud account might be tied to an old email of yours. If you need your email address updated, let us know and we will make the change for you.
You do not have a BILD Cloud account. Accounts are issued to Antioch School students upon admissions into their program. If you are still in the application process, an account has not yet been created for you.
