The Initial Review badge count indicates the number of assessments pending your BILD Local Mentor initial review.
From the Initial Review screen, click on your organization, and then on the name of your student.
Click "Conduct Initial Review" to access the competency.
Download and review the files submitted by your student.
When you are ready to conduct your assessment, click on "Begin Assessment."
Assess the competency by clicking in the appropriate assessment criteria boxes.
You may add comments prior to submitting your initial review.
Click "Submit Assessment" when you are done.
Note: in order for an assessment to pass, the student's work must meet all the selected criteria.
